    Book this hotel because its very near Kobe station. Hotel is a bit old and so are the room. But they have a lot of selection of coffee and tea free for guest which we enjoy.

    Quite a spacious room, for Japan standards. In between 2 train stations and 3 supermarkets within 3-5mins. Room was clean and room sound proofing was good.

    Room too dark, the step to the bathroom is too high, not suitable for senior or children. Breakfast limited choices.
