Very safe, cleanliness is at point, no weird odour, everything is fine, quiet space. The only thing i would say is quite far away from sannomiya which if you’re here for citywalk at kobe. But otherwise if you’re aiming for kobe port tower view, i think it’s just four mins away from the hotel. I dont mind walking so for me i would walk 15 mins to city area. All good well done

Great friendly staff that gave me a candy after breakfast that help prevent 'heatstroke' in the hottest month of Japan. Great shared spaces the food stall, vending machine and onsen.

Location to heart of Kobe take some walk. Hotel own parking space is limited. First come first serve and price for car parking is not free
