There’s a lot to say about this hotel. It actually turned out better than I expected. I had seen some negative reviews before booking, which made me a bit worried, but I personally didn’t experience most of the issues mentioned.
That said, I do understand one point others made—the breakfast was limited to Indian cuisine. However, I didn’t mind it at all. The food was tasty, and I enjoyed trying something different.
One downside was the ventilation fan in the bathroom. When I turned it on, it gave off an unpleasant smell, which was a bit off-putting.
Overall, I had a good stay. The location is excellent, with easy access to major sightseeing spots and popular areas in Kobe. They also offer rental bikes for ¥500 with no time limit, and there are no extra charges even if you return them late, which I found very convenient.

I and my friend stayed here for 17 days and it was okey not the best or worst hotel I been to, what I didn’t like was the water can smell like sewage which was unpleasant and the room had some wear and tear and the bathroom ventilation barely worked despite being on, but good part was it was close to almost everything to china town and malls and train stations, en Kobe port overall I would say it’s good for short term stay, long term I would think twice.

Location was good, easily get to and from the train station if the weather was good (we came during the rain ).
Room was a little bit smaller than other places we have stayed at, but was clean and tidy.
There was free umbrellas rental and bike rental at ¥500 per use if you like to cycle around the city. (I used LUUP as bike rental was only until 10 pm).
Overall a comfortable stay and will stay again if we come to Kobe .
