    We stayed here on our drive to Sault St Marie. We brought 4 bikes and staff was very helpful in storing them inside. The beach is close by , we biked there as well as the downtown strip for dinner and local icecreams.

    I loved this place, and I'm planning to come back next year because of its location and easy access. However, I would like to have more coffee options, such as creamers and sugar. I know there is a McDonald's on the corner, but it would be nice to get this from the motel.

    You get what you pay for and we don’t like to pay much to sleep. Lakeside fit the bill for us. Our room was fine but the bathroom door had a hole punched in the back and they should purchase some bleach for their sheets and towels. Things were clean just a bit dinghy. There was traffic and train noise but it didn’t bother us. Overall, was fine for what we wanted.
