My stay was quiet. But I could not get any heat in the room. The area was cold and the hot tub didn't respond at all to turning on the timer. Bed comfortable and comforter kept me warm. Coffee maker was real quiet and sufficient coffe packets were available. There was no channel guide for the TV. Bathroom clean and updated. Another grab bar or two would have been helpful.
