Excellent place! Clean, comfortable, quiet and great for families and kids. Less than 10 minutes to Europa-Park and Rulantica. Gracious host and we felt right at home. 10/10 definitely recommend!

Perfect! Beatrice was friendly and kind, the apartment was tastefully decorated with thoughtful attention to every detail, down to candies, bottles of wine to welcome you, tea and coffee and books and games. The unit and building look like new, excellent construction, thoroughly clean and organized. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and pretty. I would definitely stay here again! Perfect for a family of 5.

Room was not ready for us despite 4pm check-in. Could not cook without setting off smoke alarm - no exhaust fan in kitchen area, and no tea-towels or washing cloths for dishes.

Absolutely the best stay I've ever had. The host was very friendly and helpful and the apartment was impeccable!

We were going to Europa park and the local hotels in and around the park were booked out. This four apartment complex is located about 5km away and is brand new. The room consists of a bedroom with TV, a living room with nice sofa (including a day couch) and a table with chairs. All the furnishings were very high quality much better than even a high end Hilton. The host (Beatrice) is very nice. She gave us two small bottles of wine, free coffee and lots of directions. The sleeping arrangements are nice as well. One larger queen bed, and two bunk beds. for the kids. Like the rest of the appartment the bedding is high quality and brand new. The apartment is 3km away from several very inexpensive supermarkets (Lidl and Aldi) and the room contains a fridge, microwave, hot plate but no oven. All the cooking and eating utensils are provided as are towels but no shampoo or soap. The place is deadly quiet and well insulated. There is free internet but it didn't work too well when I stayed for a night. The price is not cheap, but you can easily self cater breakfast and dinner saving you quite a bit of money. If you really want there is a burger king 2km away!

It was an amazing place with the exception of.the trash. We dont know where to take the trash because they didnt provide an extra trash bags. The room was awesome and the sleep was.cozy!

It had a kitchen with fridge, a small built in freezer, sink, cupboards with plenty of cutlery, plates, cups etc. It had a few pans/frying pan. It had a coffee machine, microwave and hobs (although no actual oven). There was no dishwasher, but it wasn't a problem for us. The bathroom was spacious with a big shower. Towels were provided but you need to bring your own toiletries. The bedroom was also spacious with a TV, wardrobe, shelves, a double bed and bunk beds. Bedding was provided. The living room was comfy with a TV, dining table with 4 chairs and it also had a balcony with a table and 4 chairs. The area was a quiet residential area which suited us.
