Very good location for sightseeing. Good self service breakfast. Helpful, friendly staff, who, whilst they don't live at the B&B, are easily cintactable.

Nice place, and nice host = Luigi. Slight problems to be aware of: 1) It's 70 high steps up from the ground! (Luigi carried our luggage up, but climbing back up every day is a slight challenge for old folks.) 2) In early September at least, lots of noise came from nearby homes even at 1a.m. or later, plus motorbikes on the narrow road below. Maybe in winter the neighbours will close their windows, so it might be quieter. We closed our windows and used air conditioning, but there was still some noise leakage. 3) If you buy any food and drink for your own use, make sure you label it so another guest doesn't assume it's provided by the hotel owners. (Two of our foods were taken by someone.)
