Within walking distance of historic centre, don’t be put off by the looks of the building or the graffiti on the huge front door, that’s Napoli, it’s part of its charm. It’s a lovely old building. Room was perfectly adequate for our needs, modern, clean, A.C great in the middle of the humid Italian summer. Coffee facilities, kettle & little fridge in the room with milk & juices, and packed cakes, again that was a nice surprise for us. I would stay here again. Shame our room didn’t have views of the Roman theatre directly behind the building and unfortunately the main entrance to the site is under maintenance work so it’s close. I really wanted to see the place where horrible Nero once performed. There is a small supermarket not far from there, it’s a area not completely gentrified yet but a place where locals live and work, and that is great, and we felt safe at all times, people were friendly and helpful. Efficient remote staff at all times and we were welcomed to checking much earlier than expected, much appreciated. We stayed in room 2, we were traveling light so the space was ok for us two and my 16 y.o. Boy. Who slept up in the mezzanine on a single futon like bed not as comfy as our bed but not bad at all.

All was good for us. Maybe the shower sliding door needs something to run smoothly? It feels like it might break anytime and guests might feel responsible for it.

belle surprise un havre de paix au milieu de l'agitation de scapanopoli (centre historique). Le studio sur 2 niveaux est très bien avec un balcon à l’ombre pour les petits déjeuners, vu sur l’amphithéâtre du 1er siècle. Très propre , lit 160 très confortable, belle insonorisation . Propriétaire très réactif par message , le mini frigo ne marchait pas , il nous l'a changé le lendemain matin avec petite attention lors de sa visite en notre absence.appartement très bien situé pour visiter , arrêt métro proche pour relier gare et aeroport. Machine et café et snack offert pour le matin Si nous revenons sur naples , nous reprendrons cette location , je recommande .

L'appartamento è centralissimo, a due passi da Napoli Sotterranea, Cristo velato ecc. Sono stati estremamente gentili nel farci lasciare le valige in struttura il giorno dell'arrivo e il giorno della partenza Purtroppo non funzionava l'aria condizionata e ci siamo letteralmente morte di caldo
