The accommodation is perfectly located, situated right in the old town of Naples, a 2-minute walk from Pizzeria Di Matteo and Napoli Sotterranea. Right next to the accommodation there is a grocery store, and it is also a 10-minute walk from Antica Pizzeria da Michele.
The lack of hot water was an issue every single day, to the point where we had to take ice-cold showers. Although it wasn't a problem at the sink, where hot water ran constantly, there was no hot water in the shower—or it lasted for a maximum of 2 minutes before turning very cold. There was no soap in the bathroom, and the only amenities provided were 2 rolls of toilet paper and 2 bottles of shampoo. On the bright side, the bed linens and towels were clean and were changed on the 4th day of our stay.

Excellent location right in the heart of the old town. It is safe, convenient, and close to major attractions, restaurants and shops, with a grocery store directly next to the building.
The bed is comfortable.
Trash disposal is easy for stays longer than two nights.
Overall, it offers good value for money.
The shower was quite problematic. The handheld shower was broken, water pressure was low with poor water flow. Hot water took a long time to heat up, and temperature regulation was unreliable, fluctuating between extremely hot and freezing cold. This was our main issue and greatly affected our stay experience. Everything else was satisfactory, though the drinking glasses could have been cleaner.
