Excellent location right in the heart of the old town. It is safe, convenient, and close to major attractions, restaurants and shops, with a grocery store directly next to the building. The bed is comfortable. Trash disposal is easy for stays longer than two nights. Overall, it offers good value for money.
The shower was quite problematic. The handheld shower was broken, water pressure was low with poor water flow. Hot water took a long time to heat up, and temperature regulation was unreliable, fluctuating between extremely hot and freezing cold. This was our main issue and greatly affected our stay experience. Everything else was satisfactory, though the drinking glasses could have been cleaner.

Great location in the centre of Naples, short walking distance from the main tourist streets, Duomo and Archeological museum. Room was comfortable and nice size. Aircon was a bonus and would be extremely helpful on the warmest days of the summer!
Did not meet the hosts at any point. The shower was disappointing- it fluctuated from scalding hot to icy cold.
