    Location: good as they provide 24/7 buggy service to the nearest BTS station and Pratunam area. Room: spacious Cleanliness: inconsistent. Sometimes the cleaners rearrange hotel items (like dustbin) back to original place which is a bit frustrating as we move it to make space for luggage and stuff. Shower cubicle area sometimes clean as there were days where shampoo cream was still on d shower door. Facilities: AC a bit run down. This stay, the AC leaked water on 1st night but was fixed. In previous stay, the AC ko'd on 2nd last day and we had to change room. Misc stuff: There's only 1 towel rack. No hooks in the bathroom for clothes. Limited hangers (only 6 if not mistaken) if there's 2 pax staying. King bed is ok but pillows feels aged - some too soft and some feels hard and clumpy. There's no microwave in the room, only at front desk. No free slippers. Towels quality inconsistent - some are aged with a bit frayed. Shower cubicle door (2 of 3 rooms we stayed) doesn't close causing water to flow out and we have to use a hair clip to 'close' it albeit still have a small opening. Snacks - our previous stay in June 2026 and before, we were given complimentary snacks daily, but this stay for July 2026, besides complimentary water and tea, no more snacks - a bit disappointed but we understand its probably cost. Overall: apart from the above-mentioned small/inconvenient issues, our stay is quite good.

    had a goo stay in NAP hotel Bangkok! the staffs are very friendly and helpful, always smile and greet to every customer. shuttle service is really helpful, response promptly every time we called! highly recommended !

    The location of this hotel ….can be an issue as customers are always to take the shuttle to go elsewhere…for shopping or visits…I must admit that the shuttle service is very well organized…the staff very helpful….
