I would highly recommend this place. Situated right in the heart of Pratunam market, it is easily accessible via BTS skyline. They also provide free shuttle service to nearby metro station, 7eleven and Pratunam market.

I'd definitely recommend this hotel especially if your priority is shopping; the hotel's location is great as it is walking distance to malls and public markets. They also offer free buggy service (drop off only) to the nearest bts & airport rail link station (phaya thai) so you can conveniently go to other spots in bangkok.

I have stayed at this hotel whenever I visit Bangkok, and my previous stays over the past few years have generally been very satisfactory. However, during my visit this year, I noticed that the hotel has become quite dated. The furniture and walls look old and would benefit from renovation or refurbishment to make the rooms feel fresher and more comfortable. The breakfast could also use some improvement, particularly in terms of variety and updating the menu. I noticed that some of the desserts were still the same as they were two years ago. It would be nice to see some new options and more variety to make breakfast more enjoyable for returning guests. I have always enjoyed staying at this hotel in the past, which is why I continue to return. I hope the management will take these comments as constructive feedback and consider improving the room interiors and refreshing the breakfast selection. I would be happy to see the hotel maintain the quality and comfort that made me choose it for my previous visits to Bangkok.

But, a lot of what being marketed was no longer available and usually not true. Things like the shuttle bus, not true. Receptionist said that was inly available during covid. Nonsense! The iron you need to pay per minute charges. What kind of hotel Is this.
