Location is so convenient close to pratunam, central world, big C if need something from supermarket, room so clean , bed comfy, everything clean and smell good.

The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Everyone was always willing to lend a hand, and they would even warmly welcome me back every time I returned to the hotel. As an introvert, I was honestly a little caught off guard by all the enthusiasm! 🤣 But it was genuinely heartwarming. The location is excellent, with several hair-washing salons just a few doors away. I literally didn’t have to wash my own hair throughout my entire trip! 😂 There are also several massage shops nearby. I tried one of them, and it was just okay. I would recommend checking out the Pratunam area for massages instead, as the places there tend to have a nicer and cleaner environment. The room was very clean, and the bathtub was fantastic! The soundproofing was also excellent. I had no issues with noise at all, although I suspect the guests on my floor were simply very considerate and quiet. The only minor downside was the showerhead. The water pressure was so strong that it was difficult to keep the showerhead in place when turning it on, causing water to spray everywhere. On the day I checked out, one of the staff members even helped carry my 30 kg suitcase and escorted me all the way to the Airport Rail Link. 🥹🥹🥹 I was genuinely touched by this level of service! The hospitality here is truly outstanding. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Bangkok. I sincerely hope the hotel continues to maintain this wonderful standard of service. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it! The location is very convenient, especially for travellers using public transportation. The Airport Rail Link station is only about a 400m walk from the hotel. CentralWorld is ard a 10–15mins walk away, and you can access Pratunam Market through the back entrance in about 10mins. The staff are very nice, friendly, and helpful. Check-in was smooth and easy, and they even helped us carry our luggage to the station, which was such a thoughtful gesture! The hotel also provides all the basic amenities you need for a comfortable stay. One thing to note is that the deposit is cash-only, but they accept different currencies, which is convenient for international travellers. There is also a massage shop called Velaya Massage right across the street. We enjoyed it so much that we went there three days in a row! The only thing some travellers might want to be aware of is that the hotel is located in an area known as Little India, so there are many Indian people and businesses in the surrounding streets. However, we personally felt safe during our stay, and many of the people around seemed to be tourists. Overall, considering the convenient location, friendly staff, and nearby amenities, this hotel offers great value for money. We would happily stay here again! 😊

I booked one of the larger rooms and stayed on the second floor. The room was spacious, and for the price, I think it’s pretty good value. The location is convenient too — CentralWorld is within about a 15-minute walk. The main issue for me was the strong renovation smell. I’m not sure if the hotel is still undergoing some renovation, but I could already smell it as soon as I stepped out of the lift on the second floor. The smell was also quite strong inside the room and was a bit irritating to my nose. The air-conditioning was very cold as well, which made my nose feel even more uncomfortable, so I ended up turning it off. The room looks quite new, but some of the finishing could definitely be better. The bathroom, in particular, doesn’t seem to have been designed properly to keep the water contained, so the floor can get wet quite easily. Overall, the location is convenient, the room is spacious, and the price is very reasonable. Unfortunately, the strong renovation smell affected my stay quite a bit. Hopefully, this is only temporary and will improve soon.
