Metz Pratunam

Walking distance to many big malls, restaurants, and spas. The room is really clean. A kettle, tea, and coffee are provided in the room, which is a big plus for me. The bathroom and toilet are separated. The buffet breakfast is simple but absolutely fresh and tasty. The staff are very kind and attentive. If I ever come back to Bangkok, this would definitely be my choice again

No special view, it was totally fine for us though. The place is located in the center, which is very convenient to get around by foot, but can be a challenge if getting car taxi/grab due to such heavy traffic

It was very neat and clean, they change my room into big room. Welcome & Exit drinks are very special.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel is well decorated and clean, and it’s in a good location while still being relatively quiet.

The internet was extremely poor, which was frustrating as I had booked this hotel specifically for work, where a reliable connection was essential. Worth noting that the Wi-Fi is rated highly on Booking, but a quick look on Google Maps shows multiple reviews mentioning the same issue that I had. The staff did try to assist, but unfortunately nothing could be resolved. In the end, I had to rely on my mobile data to work, which defeated the purpose of my stay, and I decided to check out early.
