I didn’t check the elevator didn’t work she gave me the room on the 4 flour I want the room
The one I reserved From the picture with the window the one with the palace view- I took the one she gave me I was very tired got wet it was pouring - taxi got desperate next day and left me and couldn’t find the attendant and have to walk about 12 minutes to gran via to grab another taxi super inconvenient for me - love Madrid though been there more than once

The staff was incredibly welcoming, and I really appreciated that my room was ready before check-in since I arrived early in the morning.
The room was clean, well-organized, and I loved the thoughtful touches like the coffee and the items in the fridge.
Even though I only stayed for two nights, I truly enjoyed my time. The location is amazing—so close to everything!
Check-out was quick and easy, which made the whole experience even better.
I would definitely love to come back, this time with my family :)

Excellent location, single room on the 5th floor requires climbing a ladder for bathroom access, staff members were friendly and helpful
