Great central location Lovely staff and very clean Comfortable bed Daily room turn down was lovely!

Quite loud at night - could hear people upstairs and other people showering in the middle of the night was very loud for some reason in my room (I had a private room) The air con unit also made a loud rattle.

My room was small. Bathroom seemed new very contemporary. AC was sufficient. Desk clerk very friendly and helpful.

She tried to explain tv. She was in my room and she could not figure it out. She offered another room but I was leaving next morning. No frig, device to heat water. Basic room Booking needs to streamline responding to host emails. I have responded to host emails and they are always UNDELIVERED. Getting in touch with Booking is extremely cumbersome. So many categories, asking for information that they already have. The reply box timed out. Start over. Very frustrating. Recently I paid a cab 17 Euro because my message was UNDELIVERED!

Convince to everything very walkable and great food at the door.

It can be loud if you are on the Plaza side of the building, nothing that should not stop you from sleeping.

Very Clean and good location

Room size and bathroom tiny, No shampoo. Only two receptionist seemed welcoming others indifferent and were not knowledgeable about the surrounding places to see and could not provide guidance about the local attractions and restaurants.
