    We stayed at this hotel with our dog. Our room was quite small and felt very stuffy and hot. The air conditioner ran at full power all night, but it didn’t really help. We were also surprised by a €40 deposit, which was not mentioned in the booking conditions. It was frustrating that we had to provide our email and phone number again when booking directly with the hotel—why can’t this be pulled from the booking service? We booked through Agoda, and it was quite difficult to contact the hotel directly with questions about bringing our dog. Breakfast was standard, everything you need is available. However, there was no cup for toothbrushes in the bathroom, and the hand sanitizers by the elevator were empty.

    We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Luena. The staff were all so kind. We showed up early needing somewhere to put our luggage while we explored the city. Our room was already ready so they let us check in early. The room was nice and had a nice European view overlooking the street. We only stayed one night before leaving for the airport so the room size was fine for us but if staying a full week the room would feel tight if you have a lot of luggage. We can't say enough positive about how kind and friendly the staff was at check in and check out. Charming hotel!

    Everything in the stay is good, just that on the bathroom, it would be great to have a bigger piece of glasses to cover up so that it won't make the whole floor wet. Other than that is great and awesome
