A superb location on hills surrounding Puerto de la Cruz, within walking distance (15 minutes) from beach, (20-25 minutes) from the port.
Very nice layout of property, pool, well-maintained gardens, an array of amenities to relax and enjoy sunshine.
Property is quite, away from traffic.
Would return.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The property is well maintained, has a load of excellent chill areas- the roof was so nice at night and a fantastic outdoor kitchen area.
We enjoyed how quiet the hotel was compared to town yet was very walkable to town from the hotel.
Ursula, the hotel owner was lovely and really helpful all through our trip!
Would really recommend coming here for a chilled week away

I had a wonderful stay at Villa Rosalva. It has everything you need to feel at home in a paradise town. Ursula, the owner , was outstanding. I hope to be back someday. It truly is a beautiful Villa.
