Incredibly pleasant experience with the staff. The room was clean and very comfortable. The only thing was it was a little bit loud because of the proximity to the train, but it didn’t detract from our experience from our stay. There were a few mosquitos, but that was probably only because we had to leave the window open since we didn’t have a remote for the AC, rather than the condition of the room. Overall I would recommend this space to anyone staying in Florence! The location was perfectly near old town without being in the center and had great access to public transportation. Again, the staff was so incredibly friendly and helpful, and definitely made our stay feel so comfortable!!

Super clean room with a lovely balcony. Philip is very nice, kind, generous host. A lot of food and drinks in the room and kitchen you have options. Good location, easy to get around.
The only imperfact is the shower room a little too small for my husbapnd.

I like this place a lot. The only problem was the area. It's barren and weird, and only convenient to the train station. Still, if you go about four blocks west you're in a cute neighborhood with food and shopping. The owner is super acommodating.
