Best Western Plus French Lick

Everything was very nice

This was our hotel stay during our French Lick visit. We were looking for something clean and quiet. When we first got there, we were given a room on the first floor. Immediately after walking in, i realize the room had not been cleaned at all. The bed sheets were crumbled up at the foot of the bed, there was a cold cup of coffee. We went back to the front desk and they apologized and gave us a room on the third floor. There was a lot of crumbs in the hallway which raises concern of how clean the hotel was. The beds were average, but the bathroom had great water pressure and hot water. Price was above average, higher than what you would expect given the above experience. On our day of check out, there was no one at the front desk. Typically I like to check out in person and hand the key card, but after waiting for 5 min I just drop the card and left. Not what you would expect in the morning for check out.

We drove through a snow storm, got to the hotel early, but desk clerk refused to let us check in early. We had to wait for a couple hours in our car outside in the cold. Never have we been treated like that before.

We had three rooms and got here early and they worked hard to get us in at least one room early. Wonderful staff

Front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. The only issue I have, and this has happened the last two times I've stayed there, is the water in the shower is NOT HOT ENOUGH. No one wants to shiver in the shower. They need to adjust this.

The room was clean and quite large. Hotel appeared to be pretty new. The mattress was very comfortable. We didn't hear anything, the room was very quiet, and we got a good night's sleep. Front desk staff was friendly and polite. Breakfast was good. We were told the indoor pool water was very cold, so we didn't swim. That was our only disappointment. The town is very small so everything we wanted to see was only a short drive away.

Breakfast as top notch. My only complaint was hallway on first floor didn’t look like it had been vacuumed and there were crumbs and hair clip on floor in our room.

Outside the room is was dirty from past visitors, at night one of the alarms on the ceiling had a flashing light that was going out and it made it hard to sleep and the room was not what I expected

staff was horrible at breakfest. felt unwanted, just left.

This appeared to be a fairly new motel.The staff was quite friendly. The location is on the edge of town but just a short drive away.

Large clean rooms with very friendly and accommodating staff.

I pre checked in per their request but they asked for the info again at check in, which was frustrating. No usb outlets in the room which is not normal these days

Nice accommodations and good breakfast. It would be much better if the toilet paper was not so thin or harsh. The blankets were a little rough and not soft. Thank you, we enjoyed our stay.
