The bathroom door squeaks terribly so we reported it directly to the front desk. Hopefully it will be fixed before the room is rented again.

Front desk staff needs improvement. Morning person nowhere to be found on checkout. This was my second stay in 3 weeks and the same person was outside the building both times at checkout instead of at the desk.

My wife and I loved everything about our stay at this hotel. The staff were very welcoming and very kind. The room was absolutely amazing, and the view from our room was breathtaking. The breakfasts were also top-notch as well!

the piece and quiet. the cleanliness of the room and the breakfast was amazing. i am a very simple guy and customer service is very important to me. that being said i WILL be back with this hotel. between the price, customer service and amenities i couldn't be more happy.

having more meat options at breakfast if i was to choose anything. I was quite happy with the services for continental breakfast but just only if i had to choose something i did not like just for this section.

Friendly staff and the food was great in the breakfast area. The staff were very helpful. The room was very nice and clean. Plenty of space in the room and the bed was so comfortable. I would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting French lick.

The pool. Would have rather had an outdoor pool.

Room was big and staff was nice

Barely any soap of any kind in the room. A little tiny bottle of shampoo for four people is outrageous. Pullout bed had a nasty stain on it and there was trash and pieces of food in the couch where the pullout bed is. No locking bathroom door. It’s just a giant sliding door. Wish the site posted that. The pools water looked awful and the breakfast was a crappy “you eat what we decide to cook” situation where if a kid doesn’t like it, well you are stuck with non hot items. I wouldn’t have stayed here if I knew all this. Also there barely is any delivery service around…this one isn’t the hotels fault but if I knew that as well, I would’ve skipped French lick altogether. After a long day of doing what we are doing, I shouldn’t have to make constant trips to the front desk to get supplies that should’ve been in the room to begin with. I’m disappointed that I paid this much for so little. I paid less at Edinburgh hotel and had a way better experience. I won’t do best western again and I’m gonna make sure to mention this to family and friends

No housekeeping EVEN after requesting it through their process. Price for a 2 night stay was ridiculous fir the amenities offered. Bathroom setup reminded me of a $59.95.per night motel!

The water pressure in the bathroom sink was very weak.

The room was not clean at all. The only thing that really was clean was the beds. Mirrors were smeared, red sticky stuff in the refrigerator and the fold out bed still had popcorn in it.

smelled musty in the hallways. Housekeeping didn't do a great job from the previous guests because the ice bucket still had water (melted ice) from the last time it was used, and there was a dirty washcloth sticking out of the air conditioner.
