The Villas at French Lick Springs

Very spacious and clean love that we were able to breathe and not have so many people around

The hill to the suites was steep but it was ok

Staff are very helpful and friendly. Room is good size and very clean.

TV service continues to be hard to navigate. TV in bedroom is too small for the older population. Chairs on balcony were very dirty and filled with old water.

Kitchen needed to be sprayed for ants, they were terrible. Had ant traps all down the counters.

This is the best place to stay! Always friendly and clean.

The Trail 1 was a mess and there were no signs to warn it was closed. I was sad because I always walk it at least once. Not the Villas fault! But I'm hoping that it will still be usable after the construction is complete.

The price and it fits my big family

The staff at the pool room Me and my family went to the pool tonight march 23rd it was me my husband and our 5 children when we got there the lady at the front giving out towels began telling us long list of things we wasn’t allowed to do my boys had a ball they was playing with she would walk around yelling telling them no when they would get out of the pool there was a family there with children and the mom to those children said she had been doing the same thing to them the whole time they was there and they ended up leaving after she yelled at them for the last time for doing NOTHING the kids was just having fun another mom and her children came in with a younger baby she began telling stuff and walking around watching what they was doing and the younger baby maybe a yr old put his foot in the water of the hot tub which the mom was already getting the baby away from the water and the lady then started on the mom after she picked up her children to leave with them because the lady had been harassing everyone that came in the pool room she was creeping my children out by watching every moved they made she is not the right person to be working in that kind of business no one in the pool room from my family or others at the time all of this took place was breaking any rules we was all just enjoying our self’s and enjoying our vacation but that lady ruined it for us and our children and we also left the pool along with other families

Very affordable, clean, and convenient to everything. We loved the jacuzzi tub in our room. We didn't take advantage of the pool. But we checked it out and it was very nice. Our villa provided everything we needed and more. The bed was super comfortable. Our villa was upstairs, and that was less than ideal for two 60-ish people. But we managed. I'll give our stay a 10/10!!

There was nothing we didn't like about our villa The only thing I would have wanted is an actual changing room at the pool. You are allowed to change in the bathroom. But the bathroom floor was wet, and I was afraid I'd slip and fall. So, we didn't use the pool. In warm weather, that might not be an issue as you can go outside wearing a wet bathing suit. But in March, it was a bit too cool for that.

The place was so clean and very spacious. We loved the jacuzzi tub and sauna.

No salt/pepper or oil provide. That would have been helpful. I would have liked the town shuttle bus to have come up to the villas.

The condo was very spacious!

I wish the shuttle bus would come up to provide transportation to the hotel.

Very difficult to access hotel from back

reservation/cancellation process. Tried unsuccessfully to shorten stay by one day, received message "no availability for date requested! Crazy, nonsensical response. I was charged for a day after I left. Reception clerk at check-in and check-out simply shrugged when I inquired.

Very comfortable. Similar to staying in apartment. Patio opened to woods. Saw a lot of wildlife in one week - raccoon, Fox, ground hogs, deer. Cicadas were noisy- which was great.

The pool area was clean and had an attendant on duty. The grounds were kept well.

Needs to be updated. Felt like we walked into the ‘70’s. The dryer didn’t work very well.

The Villas are fabulous, spacious, friendly and also have a private-feeling (not really loud neighbors, parties, etc.) I love that there is a kitchen for meals and prepping.

While I absolutely understand the 10am check-out time, I can see how some families might struggle with that a little if you have children-want to have breakfast, have a lot of items to pack up, etc. We always check out early, but it does have to factor into your morning.

The stairs going up to the second floor were steep and only had a handrail for the initial steps up, on the turnaround, there was no handrail. The neighbors downstairs voices carried a lot and they smoked us out. Guess they started a fire with the damper closed?

Location to casino and restaurants. The scenery is beautiful.

it was clean. Everybody was friendly in close to the casino where we was going for a concert.

everything was good we try to use the sauna tub and there wasn’t enough hot water to fill it up. Not even halfway. That was the only thing I could think of.
