    had a very pleasant stay at this hotel overall. The location was excellent—conveniently situated close to key attractions, restaurants, and transportation, which made getting around incredibly easy. One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the staff. They were consistently friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. The cleanliness of the hotel was above average. My room was well-maintained, and the common areas were kept tidy, which added to the comfort of the experience. If I had one suggestion for improvement, it would be the breakfast. While it was good, I think a bit more variety would make it even better, especially for guests staying multiple days. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its great location, attentive staff, and solid cleanliness standards.

    Room size might disappoint you. I had to upgrade to a bigger room after seeing the room size. But apart from that, everything else is Top class. The best part is the staff who are lovely and Friendly

    I had booked a room with a balcony, I thought, but was assigned a room without one, with small windows, looking out on a grey wall. The room was also unpleasant, not like the pictures, didn't smell fresh, stains on the fitted carpet. I asked the reception if I could get another room, as we had booked for 4 nights. The lady at reception kept repeating that I had booked a non-refundable room and had to make do with it. I explained that in my search I had filtered for rooms with a balcony, to which she said they only had a few and they were not available. I asked if there was no way to cancel my booking then. I couldn't, but I was suggested another room for 2 night, without a balcony, but better and more airy (the TV didn't work, but I didn't mind). The remaining 2 nights would be cancelled and refunded. However, when I checked out, the man at the counter said that there would be no refund for the last 2 nights. He gave a bizarre story about the refund only being offered for the first nights, but since I had decided to stay there, it could not be paid. I have never heard such nonsense! A colleague at the counter told him that this was not correct and that the lady at the counter had indeed said that the last 2 nights would be refunded. They said that they would refund it but would take a few days, I asked for some confirmation and they sent me a whatsapp message. after 2 weeks still no refund seen. I travel very often and this is the worst experience ever.
