The location was great, as was the balcony room. Denis was super helpful, kind, and ensured we had a comfortable stay
There was no running water for an entire evening, and the staff working at the time lacked a good attitude. Fortunately, Denis made up for this the next morning

The hotel room was clean. The staff was helpful. The hotel's location was also very convenient, near Istiklal Street and the Galata Tower area.
Breakfast was not served buffet-style, so the choices were limited, and the same food was served throughout our stay.

My gf and I spent 4 nights at the Wings, and it really made our trip to Istanbul! The hotel is cozy and chic, and the hotel restaurant has 360 degree views of the city. I highly recommend having breakfast there every morning. The location can't be beat. Staff are super friendly and helpful, especially Deniz who helped us out a bunch of our last day. Fancy hotel at excellent value. I hope to be back!

Good location rather comfortable breakfast was limited.
Very noisy outside, the balcony was tiny and I asked for some teabags and had to keep asking on the third day.
