Comfortable, clean, and well-appointed room; great tea and biscuits setup, with all the cups, plates, cutlery, and appliances you need. Super large bathroom with separate shower and bathtub. It is in a great location; easy walking distance to multiple coffee shops and restaurants, as well as Hamilton Gardens! Super friendly staff and an effortless check in and check out... great stay!

This is a great motel and situated within walking distance of Hamilton Gardens, just a 30 minute walk along the river. Everything seemed fresh and new. Great quality place to stay. Friendly staff.

Wry pleasantly surprised for the price paid. Very friendly hostess greeted us. Place was clean and homey. Cute little cottage located close to University of Waikato. Only stayed for 1 night but definitely stay again. Only feedback I would provide is the AC doesn’t work but it wasn’t a very hot day so that was ok. I’m also not a fan of carpeting but other than that spacious, clean room with great shower!

My room was lovely and spacious. Very comfortable. Only complaint was other guests parking more than one vehicle which meant that I had to park on the road. I was on my own and it was late at night. Very inconsiderate of others. I would definitely stay there again.
