    The stay was outstanding with spotless cleanliness and attentive staff making the experience seamless. Thelocation offered pleasant views and easy walkability, contributing to restful sleep and overall great value for money.

    The hotel cannot found our booking reservation record and all the rooms had been fully booked. The staff takes more than 1 hour for checking with agoda without any update until we inquiry the status. Then we have been informed and advised to contact agoda check the reservation ourselves. Although agoda had confirmed our reservation but the hotel insist denied received any reservation. End up we have to book another hotel to stay. We are not sure miscommunication between which party, but this is bad experience for us. We had make the payment but let us sit at the lobby almost 2 hours not been attended. Our holiday mood has been spoiled and I’m not satisfied with the hotel staff service.
