Dear Hilton Team, I recently stayed at your hotel from 16–17 October 2026, and I would like to share some feedback regarding my experience. First and foremost, I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the wonderful hospitality I received throughout my stay. Overall, I genuinely enjoyed my experience and was very impressed by the kindness, professionalism and helpfulness of the staff members I encountered. One particular experience that really stood out to me was when I lost my mini portable fan during my stay. The team made an effort to help me look for it, even though I understand that this was beyond their usual responsibilities. I truly appreciated their willingness to help. I would also like to express my special appreciation to Mr. Muzaffar Kamarul, who personally reached out to me to apologise after the team was unable to locate my missing fan. His gesture genuinely touched me. He took the initiative to contact me personally and acknowledge the situation, even though the item could not be found. To me, this reflects what true leadership should look like — someone who takes responsibility, shows empathy and genuinely cares about the guest experience. I have great respect for this kind of leadership, and I was genuinely impressed by the way he handled the situation. I hope this appreciation reaches him personally, as his actions left a very positive impression on me and reflect very well on Hilton as a whole. However, there were two small things that left me a little disappointed. Firstly, my room package included breakfast, but as I had to begin my wedding makeup at 5 AM the following morning, I asked during check-in, around 11 PM, whether it would be possible to have some breakfast packed or a coffee prepared for takeaway. Unfortunately, I was told this was not possible. I also asked whether I could personally pick up some food from the café and bring it back to my room so I could eat before getting ready. However, this option was also not allowed. I understand that the hotel may have its own policies, but I was disappointed that neither option was possible and that no alternative was offered, especially as breakfast was already included in my room package and I had explained my early-morning wedding preparations. Secondly, I was disappointed that the balcony could not be opened due to safety concerns. Having a balcony was one of the reasons I chose this particular room, so I had been looking forward to enjoying that feature during my stay. I completely understand that guest safety must come first, but it would have been helpful to know about this restriction before booking. I would like to emphasise that these two concerns did not overshadow my overall experience. I genuinely enjoyed my stay, and the kindness of the staff, particularly their willingness to go the extra mile, made a lasting impression on me. I am sharing this feedback constructively because I believe that while there are always small areas for improvement, it is equally important to recognise and appreciate the people who make a difference. The service I received from your team, especially Mr. Muzaffar Kamarul’s thoughtful follow-up, deserves recognition. Thank you to the entire Hilton team for your hospitality and for making my stay memorable. I hope my appreciation will be shared with the staff involved, particularly Mr. Muzaffar Kamarul.
