    The view from the room and the pool was absolutely beautiful and superb. The facilities in the room were also great, including a washing machine with a dryer, crockery, and a fridge. However, there were no toothbrushes or bathrobes provided. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices, and most of the food was delicious, except for the fried rice and fried kuey teow, which were not particularly impressive. As a hotel that claims to be a 5-star property, I believe there is still room for improvement, especially in terms of cleanliness. There was some mould in the bathroom, and it could have been cleaner. The room and curtains also appeared to be quite dusty. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, I think having a more proper and professional uniform or attire would make them look more presentable, as they are the first point of contact and create the first impression for guests. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but there are still several areas that could be improved to fully meet 5-star hotel standards.

    they advertised the room they dont have and want me to pay extra rm50 per night since i insists i want king bed as i booked, kinda feel like being scammed.. hotel all new, not far from shops or restaurants but you have to go by car.. as new hotel i thought they should try to give customer more pleasant services so customer can write good review..
