    We recently stayed here for a family trip to Kuala Lumpur and had a really pleasant experience overall, despite a couple of minor room details. ​ The Highlights ​Fantastic Location: The hotel’s positioning is incredibly convenient. There are plenty of convenience stores right nearby, making it easy to grab quick snacks or essentials for the family at any time. ​Excellent Dining: The hotel restaurant was a major highlight. They serve genuinely good food and excellent coffee, which made our mornings much easier. ​Comfortable Rooms: The room size was just right for us—giving us enough space to feel comfortable without feeling cramped. ​Things to Note ​Room Amenities: There is no mini-fridge inside the room, which is worth keeping in mind if you like to keep drinks cold. ​Slippers on Request: We noticed there were initially no room slippers provided, but housekeeping brought them over promptly once we asked. ​It is a solid, well-located choice for a family stay in KL. We would definitely consider staying here again!

    Actually i have good time staying here, this is my fourth time staying here, always be my first choice because it is near to bukit bintang lalaport, zepp kl, mega star arena, pavilion. But during this time, facing serious black out issue that happen 4-5 times at night, seriously this issue shouldnt happen for hotel, waited more than 1 hour (in total) for electric back to normal, wifi also no function during black out.

    The facility is so old, looks very dark inside. Not the standard of 3 stars hotel
