    Aircond bocor. Bantal berbau.. Staf pula terpaling function. 10.30am dah ketuk pintu. Sebelum 11.45 dah kena checkout. Kalau tak asyik ketuk pintu banyak kali.

    Location is okay, staff is responsive to request but everything about our room is meh. There’s a big stain at the wall, the pressure of water in the shower is weak and no water is coming out at night my friend had to come downstairs not once but 3 times everynight just to inform them (no lift, no phone inside the room to call staff). 5-10 mins to fix the water but it took almost 2 hours for the water to be ‘fixed’, our room is on the 3rd floor btw. Too noisy because of the people at the adjacent rooms (idk if they’re guests or they live there), loud voices we can’t sleep. Reeks of smell of cigarettes. Cant control the aircon, either you turn it on and freeze overnight or turn it off with the heart. Will I recommend? Not if you wanted a stress free and comfortable travel experience. Pictures of the room in the app is VERY DIFFERENT irl.
