The accommodation was very clean and tidy. The room was a good size, and the bed was comfortable. The place looks a little worn in some areas, but that didn’t take away from the comfort of my stay. The staff were very friendly and approachable, and all the instructions were clear and easy to follow. They provide shampoo and body wash, towels (a bit smaller than those in Europe), a toothbrush, toothpaste, and bottled water. There is also a small fridge in the room, and you can refill your water bottle at a water dispenser on the floors. The location is excellent, and you can easily walk to Insadong, the Seoul Museum of Korean Folk Music, and other attractions. One thing to keep in mind is that the building doesn’t have an elevator, so you’ll need to carry your luggage up the stairs. However, this wasn’t an issue for me, even though my room was on the third floor. Overall, I had a great stay at Beewon:)

First want to say that I had the WORST first night sleep because of these 3 young European guys partying loud until 4 AM right next to me. But was not the guest house fault. As for Beewon, this small two floor guest house tucked away in a quiet alley is a good no frills budget place with everything you need: WiFi, air conditioner, hot water, ok bed, washing machine, secure. Good location with nearby restaurants, a 7-11, walkable to both Palaces, Donhwamun ro, and Anguk metro station. Perfect for just sleeping after being out all day. Staff are very accommodating. Good value. I recommend.
