- Location wise is really strategic as you can use bus or subway as a mode of transportation
- There’s 7Eleven 50m from this place. Consider you needs are sort out
- Quite a number of local eateries nearby either for quick meals or drinks
- The staff here is speaks good English. I contacted them mostly through this chat and they responded quite fast. Requested to be placed at the ground floor as my knees are not fit for climbing stairs and the staff catered to my needs. Really thankful 😁
- Sharing kitchen that comes with hot & cold water, microwave, toast maker
- Sharing iron on the ground floor
- There’s no dryer in this place or nearby places but you can ask help from the staff like I did.
- Room is pretty small for 2pax especially if you prioritize big beds
- There’s no bidet for the toilet and so alternatively you can use the portable shower head

extremely well situated and nice, quiet guesthouse. also the amenities are comfortable (kitchen, water purifiers, laundromat)
a little extra table would be the cherry on the top.
