    Very tight room and had a lousy bathroom design that just sprayed shower water all over the floor. Near flooded to the foyer. There's a marriott next door if you're looking for the location but a different hotel. Wouldn't book here again.

    Comfy room with plenty of amenities. Location is strategic. Everything interesting is within walking distance.

    The hotel has amazing location. Destinee, the receptionist lady, was very nice, friendly and helpful. The breakfast place option provide the basic breakfast that you need. The elevators need urgent upgrade tho. The hotel provides laundry machine, but the card didnt work so you have to be prepared with coins. Unfortunately none of the staffs informed us earlier.

    Check in was supposed to be at 3, didn’t get checked in until 4. A bunch of angry customers sat in lobby waiting for rooms. Our first room was musty smelling with broken bathroom door. Maintenance staff was awesome and recommended we move, but it took front staff some convincing. New room okay, but housekeeping sucked to the highest level except for a lady by the name of Maria. We were there for five days and room was cleaned twice. We were awakened early Sunday. Asked housekeeping to come back in a hour, five hours later, no housekeeping until we called front desk. Hallways looked like they had not been vacuumed in a month. My card had a $500 hold for incidentals($100 per night) which I thought was excessive. No damage to the room. All housekeeping apparently only spoke Spanish, but I was quick to be told “I’m not your housekeeper!” Then why are you on my floor. Elevators were slow and most guests to include me and my family walked down the stairs. Kudos to Maria, Housekeeper Supervisor, Maintenance Man (tall, thin, dark gentleman), and Douglas. They were truly the nicest staff members that we encountered. The rest of the staff at the front desk were either borderline rude or acted as if they were being inconvenienced. I wanted a place in upper mid town and this was the worse experience ever. At $2K for 5-nights, I had higher expectations; this was not it!
