I’m traveling solo so I only needed a twin bed. The room was always clean and the staff was wonderful. And, breakfast was worth the stay. Many item to choose from to start your morning.

This cute hotel is a 1-minute walk to the beach! It is a little outside of central Follonica, but totally walkable. We are a family of three and we walked to town every night for dinner and gelato. We also walked to and from the train-station with heavy backpacks. They do have bikes to rent at the hotel, and Follonica provide small trains after 17:30 that take you to and from town until midnight. Very clean and great buffet breakfast! Would highly recommend!

Booked this hotel as part of a trip and everything was well organised at the hotel when we arrived. Lifts to all floors and clean tidy and well equipped room. Extra charge of 10 euros per night which was not excessive however there was plenty of on street parking available. Breakfast was very good however we were both disappointed with the meal in the evening. Not expensive however needs to be improved. Overall very satisfied with the hotel and services and would recommend.

As a first time visitor to Follonica - The hotel was a perfect combination of suitable amenities with great proximity to beaches and dining. Great breakfast as part of stay and lovely and helpful staff.

Great place for a local beach break. The room was large, clean and had a balcony and mini fridge. Nice check in and lobby. Great breakfast buffet out on the Monte Cristo patio. We also had dinner at Monte Cristo (make a reservation using The Fork app) and the food was wonderful and appropriately priced. The beach is a toss the road and we chose to use the Umberto Beach Club that cost 23 Euros for 2 chairs and umbrella for the day. The beach was wakable and clean and you can walk into town along the sea. Not too busy for May, but I can see how it will be crazy in the summer. Also nice mercato nearby to get snacks, water, wine and beer. Really recommend this place for something different and more local Italian vibe. PS Everyone speaks English so no troubles. Also street parking is free and safe.

Loved that this property was a short walking distance to the beaches, both public and private. Also, after a long day at the beach and in town only for a short stay you don't want to be searching for a good place to eat, and La Pineta is attached to a great restaurant - super yummy and convenient! Great stay!

The stay was awful because the air conditioning wasn’t operating properly resulting in an in room temperature of around 32 degrees overnight and we have a one year old baby. Spoke to the front desk on multiple occasions where they claimed to have fixed the issue but they hadn’t. Found out later our whole floor was affected. We check out half way through our stay.

The hotel was a gem, located right across the street from the beautiful forest and seaside. What a delight to arrive and be welcomed so nicely by the staff! We stayed in the family suite which was located at the back of the building - perfect for us to spread out, and feel like we were in our own little beach condo! Super clean rooms and walkways, breakfast was all we needed to start the day. The hotel was bright and airy. Highly recommend to anyone staying in the area.

(we communicated between broken Italian).We thought the hotel is on the beach and found out you have to cross through a camping ground which is restricted to campers. The lady at the gate was very kind to allow us to cross and we found a lovely setting with a bar with really great drinks, ice cream etc.Our room had individual air conditioners - during the nigh one of them started to make excessive noise which woke us up - it was 3am :(. Breakfast was included but the kitchen was closed off (due to COVID?) and we had to stand in line to point to what we wanted. The quality was mediocre - no veggies, only hard boiled eggs, a variety of stale cereal, jams, and a lot of sweets. We called in advance to make sure our daughter who has Celiac could get an omlette - they said no problem - but declined to provide this when we came to eat. She was offered hard gluten free cracker or biscuits or crackers.

The hotel is nice, cozy and clean. However if you arrive early, the reception will refuse to let you leave your bags while you go explore the area. Furthermore, no beach towers are available to borrow or rent, which is a shame for a hotel so close to beach. The breakfast is mediocre at best.

Pretty nice hotel, all good, but nothing special to say. Since it's far from the city center don't wait too long with dinner - businesses are closed early. Technically, parking is free, but you need to circle around a lot before you find free spot on street nearby.

Great affordable stay within walking distance to Folonica city and very close to beach. Had the hotel apartment which was great for our family of 5. Breakfast was basic, but there where plenty of it. Reception was very welcoming and check in was quick.
