No elevator but we requested for lower floor rooms. We arrived after midnight due to flight delays and lucky their reception is 24 hours! Right next door to a famous wat and easy walk to everywhere.

If you are traveling in a budget, I guess it's fine. The hotel is old & dark and had some unpleasant smell. But the hotel did a good job keeping the bed and bathroom clean. If you are not picky, I guess you should be fine.
