    Amazing hotel in the heart of Chiang Mai. Our stay was perfect!

    Lovely little hotel right in the middle of the old town. Right opposite Wat Chedi Luang hotel, in the mornings you can hear the monks chanting faintly in the background which creates a very peaceful environment. Lots of food options nearby. But highlight of the place were the staff. Big shout-out to Yok who welcomed me when I checked-in, always so bubbly and cheerful and was always chatting which made me feel very welcomed. Will definitely be back if I'm ever in Chiang Mai again

    The room was clean and spacious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is also well situated in Old City. Overall great stay!

    First night can't sleep due to air con doesn't work at all, can't breath. Had to borrowed electric fan from outlet, afternoon and night shift staff unable to make any decision, just apologized. Following day have to follow up late afternoon due to nothing was fixed. Later, the rude engineer came and said it's normal and hotel never cleaning the air con for a year. Engineer will come to clean 3 days later. So, we leave situation to the hotel to solve and went for dinner, when we get back almost 22:00 hrs. it was getting cooler. Overall, good location, facilities is good, staff trying to serve but major problem is how to operate property. Raher than air con, decision maker and authorise to empowering staff which could be train to improve, others is satisfied.
