I enjoyed my stay at U Chiang Mai. The room was nice and clean but it was a little worn. Restaurant and bar were great. Staff very kind and helpful. The pool was a great way to cool off after a hot day. I would stay there again.

We booked a night but ended up extending our stay to 5 nights. We love pool access room for the kids. I had a difficult sleep as the mattress was hard was a bit sagging and bumpy in the middle. I let the front desk and the housekeeper know and they fixed it right away. That was the only hiccup and the rest was amazing. We love their whenever wherever breakfast/meal, 24 hours stay so we can check out a bit later. We love our stay, will be back again.

The staff was really rude. When we arrived, my 3 year old puked in the lobby because she was sick and nobody helped us. We had to ask for paper towel to clean the vomit on the floor. The next day, they said they have to charge us money because of the vomit. They did not even asked how are kid was or if we needed anything, they just told us that we had to payed more money because our kid puked. They were so rude
