Good customer service

The location is EXCELLENT if you want to walk to many attractions. The hotel staff was helpful, responsive and respectful. NOTE: there is no air conditioning. While the location is very good, the rooms are small and sparse. Lower your expectations on the rooms. In general, lots of little repairs/updates are needed for an old facility, but it certainly is better than dealing with contactless (AI/text/phone only communication) places.

This was a lovely hotel right in the center of the city - perfect location. The staff were increasingly friendly.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. A very good location as well. A secure entrance over-night was appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.
