    On the check-in day, received an email from the hotel asking to contact them immediately if I was about to check in after 8pm without any email or WhatsApp number, it wasn't convenient as I was in the p-lane when I received this email. Thankfully, I reached at 7pm. The whole city is closed at 8pm and nothing much to do in the city. The room I got was duplex, with the couch, kitchen and TV on the higher floor, but it was nice.

    Everything was great. Breakfast lounge was just a tad cramped but aside from that everything was amazing - good location, friendly staff, decent breakfast. Room was a bit cold at night however and was not sure if my heater was operational, but not a dealbreaker. Great hotel!

    The heating in our room did not work and following complaints a call was made to have someone repair it. Having left the room for an hour when we returned the heating was off again. We were then allocated a larger room with heating which was very good

    Staff were lovely, safe space to store bicycle. room was baic but clean, breakfast was fantastic best i had in 8 days traveling
