    I had requested through Agoda that I would prefer a room located away from the elevator and from a corridor directly facing the room. I also requested an extra bed directly with the hotel in advance. However, when I arrived at the hotel, I was not given a room according to my request. The extra bed was provided as requested, but the mattress was too soft. When I slept on it, my body sank into the mattress, which was uncomfortable. Therefore, I informed the hotel that I would like to change the mattress. When I returned from dinner, the mattress seemed to be even softer than before. I was not sure whether the hotel had actually changed the mattress or not. The hotel then offered to change my room. The hotel informed me that the new room would not have a sofa and asked whether I would like to see the room before moving. Since I assumed that the new room would be the same size as the original room, I said it was not necessary to see it first. I understood that the only difference would be that the new room did not have a sofa. However, the new room was actually smaller than the original one. More importantly, the extra bed was placed directly at the foot of the main bed, facing the bedroom door. I believe that this arrangement is inappropriate and should not be provided by the hotel. Placing the extra bed directly at the foot of the main bed means that the person sleeping on the main bed has their feet facing directly toward the person sleeping on the extra bed. This arrangement is extremely uncomfortable and, in my opinion, is not an appropriate way to arrange an extra bed in a bedroom.

    I was actually looking for 4 Points by Sheraton but I could not find it in this location so I used Google Map and realised it has changed to Paradox. Same high quality room but at a better price since they are renovating now and it was low season. To be honest, I couldn't hear anything noisy except us customers during my stay. Take this opportunity to stay at this wonderful hotel while the prices are low, I am sure they will adjust the pricing once their revonations are done.

    Decorartion make noise Heavy smelt with chemicals harm to health . For those who has respiratory problem please be caution about it.Allergy reaction will be highly risk with it.Noise pollution are serious while repairing.Staffs are nice but theiy can do nth help with it .Ask for change room as they excuse its full house
