Been here multiple times and location is very good. The service is great. The people help out if you need anything. My suitcase got delayed and the lady called the airport for me to check if it was coming. All good eventually.
Last few times the room just wasn’t good. I even asked them and let them know i wasn’t happy about it the last few times and I still got a really bad room. The flooring is really bad, the shower is old and not sealed the right way, it al just looks old and dirty. I’ve had a good room before and I’m really wondering why I got the bad ones in my last few stayes here. I won’t book again, since I even asked them and kindly told them I wasn’t happy. They still gave me a horrible room, even though the hotel wasn’t packed.
