    I booked two rooms - one for my parents and one for myself. Connected to Sapporo Station and major malls, the location is extremely convenient. Service staff has been excellent. The hotel may not feel as modern, but it provides all amenities and service staff have been super helpful. It's also where two amazing restaurants are co-located on the top floors. The only thing to note is that it may be slightly hard to find for those who are driving to the location as a stretch of road will continue to be closed for construction of the shinkansen up until 2031. Other than that, it is a superb location, especially if you are travelling with family that requires convenience and accessibility.

    The location is great, but it still takes 3 to 5 minutes walk from JR exit to the hotel entrance. The moderate room was a bit dated. The room was clean in general but occasionally there were little smell in the toilet from the drainage. The staff was friendly and helpful as you would expect from a 5 star hotel.

    We had a fantastic stay at JR Tower Hotel Nikko Sapporo. The location is extremely convenient, being right next to the train station. The breakfast was exceptional—we tried both the Japanese and Western options, and both were excellent. The staff were friendly, and the amenities were thorough.
