    We stayed in a bungalow for two nights. We absolutely loved the room with the outdoor bathroom. Everyone was spotlessly clean. The facilities at te resort were also in perfect condition. The pool area was really nice and never busy. We did the sunset cruise which was also very informative with the naturalist giving a talk about the lake and how it has been managed over the years. The talk was very good. The buttfly gargen was great, we went twice. Out daughter did the pottery experience which she loved. The staff were great and organized a transfer to Cochi airport for us which cost 5500 rupees in a large suv which took 4 large suitcases and backpack with ease. Our daughter took a smaller car which cost 4700 rupees in. The journey took less than 2.5hrs and our driver was great. I would definitely stay here again. We all loved it. The dinning experience was also very good. The restaurant manager was excellent making sure everything in the restaurant run seamlessly. We did not eat the buffet, but our family member who did loved it. My biggest issue was that the refrigerator actually stopped when you remove the room key. Use another membership card in this slot when you leave the room if you like cold stuff. Other than this we had truly nothing at all to complain about .

    For the amount charged, it didn’t seem worth it. Niraamaya and Kumarakom Lake Resort were better experiences
