Location, Calmness
Too many times electricity was interrupted.
Evening time snack was very cheap. Just Tea and Biscuits. Atleast they should have given ethakappam

It’s close to the lake and quite places around
Food was good but they couldn’t serve properly and also food variety wasn’t good,only limited time serving from restaurant,room service wasn’t available

The location is very good. Serence and quite without fanfare.
The water channels across each of the cottahes are not maintained properly and water visible stagnant and not clean. They are not utilising it for a small boating rounds involving the touristsd. Its maintained typical of a Government Properety, saying this is what we are and affecting Indian, especially Kerala Tourism. The room is average, with lots of mialignment in Windos, Doors which ended up creepy insects and other things inside from the adjucent Forest.
