The staff was lovely and kind. The main pool and our hot tub were both really well maintained and clean. The carpet in the cabin had really large stains which were very unsightly. There was a great deal of dust on the furniture and ledges. The most disappointing aspect was that the wifi was down for most of our stay and I needed to work over the week. This made my work a challenge. Overall though it was a lovely vacation and we enjoyed ourselves. Everyone is so friendly.

This resort has a great location, with a clear view of mountains in the Park and a short drive to the Beaver Meadows entrance an to downtown Estes Park. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We have stayed there several times over the years and hope to stay there again in the future.
