Welcome to the newly decorated Nicky's Resort on Fall River. Nicky's is a riverfront property along the Fall River less than 5 minutes to downtown Estes Park and the Fall River entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park. Nicky's features 22 tastefully remodeled rooms that make you feel like you have arrived in the Rocky Mountains.
This is a spacious unit and features two queen size beds and a futon bed that will sleep another guest. Featuring a smart TV for streaming, cable TV, wifi and a Keurig coffee maker. All rooms have been tastefully decorated with a mountain and forest theme.
Outside you will have a small patio table with chairs to take advantage of the gorgeous views all around you. An ice machine is available 24 hrs a day just downstairs from your place.
A full-size pool is open during the summer months, along with eight propane BBQs and benches located on the river's edge for your enjoyment. A small put-put area, corn hole boards, sports balls and a lighted wood burning pit area is all provided for your entertainment. A full-size restaurant and bar is located just across the bridge next to this property.
