Nicky’s Resort is a small, classic Estes Park riverfront retreat with just 22 refreshed rooms, offering a laid-back alternative to large hotels. Guests enjoy access to a beautiful outdoor setting, propane BBQ grills, riverfront seating, a wood-burning fire pit, and lawn games including cornhole and putt-putt. A full-service restaurant and bar are located just across the bridge next to the property.

Great location, close to the national park. Nice clean room. Just what we were looking for. John was a quick and thorough communicator. As an aside: Make sure you get a timed entry pass online for RMNP BEFORE you book, if that is the main reason you are staying nearby. Would've been nice to know ahead of time since we couldn’t get in the entire time we were there because they sold out at the beginning of the month. We haven’t been to RMNP since 2012 and didn’t know they were doing this. Total bummer!

We loved the fireplace and roaring river ambience. The internet was not always strong enough but otherwise a great place to stay while visiting Estes Park. Thanks for the great communication on the app for check-in too!

The room was small but cozy and being right near the creek was lovely. Restaurant on site came in handy. Short drive to town. Negatives: no photo of place and went to wrong one first! Fireplace didnt work. Floors not super clean. Shower hard to figure out.clean.
