Murphy's River Lodge

Loved the river outside my room

We were very happy and satisfied with our stay. Would come again.

This is a great location on the Fall River but close enough to downtown Estes Park you can easily walk to great restaurants and entertainment/shops. That's what makes this a cool spot in my opinion. The actual rooms were dated but clean and the staff was very friendly. I would stay here again.

From the moment we walked into our room, we were impressed by the incredible cleanliness and attention to detail. The entire lodge was absolutely spotless! The bedding, bathroom, kitchen, and every corner of the room were immaculate. Everything smelled fresh and clean, and it was obvious that a great deal of care goes into maintaining this property. The kitchen was exceptionally well-stocked, organized, and equipped with appliances that appeared to be fairly new. The oven and refrigerator were unbelievably clean, and everything had its place. There was even a complete inventory list posted inside a kitchen cupboard detailing everything provided. Such a thoughtful and helpful touch! It was the little things, however, that truly made our stay special. A charming swan folded from towels, a simple rose placed atop the spare toilet paper and tissue box, and helpful labels explaining how to operate the shower and use the drain stoppers. These may seem like small details, but they speak volumes about the pride and care put into making guests feel comfortable and welcome. We also appreciated that the windows and doors appeared relatively new, were well-maintained, and locked securely. Everything throughout the room felt clean, updated, and thoughtfully cared for. The staff in the office deserves special recognition as well. They were exceptionally kind, polite, welcoming, and helpful. Their genuine hospitality was the perfect complement to such a beautifully maintained property.
