Check in was odd… at first I was told the room/key weren’t ready for me (2 hours after check in time) then I noticed trouble next door. There were two men in the room next door having a violent argument that lasted hours! I was told at check in that it had been ongoing(?!?) We had to listen to horrible screaming and door slamming for a while until we decided to tell the staff once again and we went on a walk hoping it would be resolved. It went on for maybe 3 hours and it was so unfortunate to have to listen to this on vacation and honestly made me feel unsafe. I know this isn’t in the control of the owner of this unit but I also don’t know if these “neighbors” were renting or own the unit next door so it’s worth mentioning to other travelers. It was also lacking in the cleanliness department, particularly in the bathroom. To pay as much as we did for a cleaning fee you’d expect to not find hair all over the bathroom. Proceed with a little bit of caution but the location and property amenities were nice.

This was a very nice place to stay for our first time traveling out west! Clean room and amazing views. Only complaint is that we needed to leave at 4am and the vrbo website said the front desk was staffed 24/7 but the posted hours said staffing started at 6am. They were flexible with us checking out early though!

Loved the convenience of staying here. Just outside of Estes and within walking distance to some eating places. Very clean..pool was nice too.

My husband and I booked this property mostly because of the pool and we loved it! The hot tub was huge and felt great after some long days of hikes. A bonus is that the property borders a stream and the grounds were maintained very nicely. We stayed in multiple places during our 10 day vacation, and the bed at this hotel was by far the most comfortable! Check in was very easy, and parking was plentiful. The lobby also had coffee, tea and a large selection of movies you could check out for the room, which was great! The views from the property were gorgeous. Definitely a nice place at a great value in our opinion.
