Place was conveniently located, close to centre town and cultural activities centres, close to buses. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Nice to have access to laundry facilities, $2NZ for each a washer and dryer. Room had a nice big kitchen with gaz burners. Liked that staff brought fresh towels, coffee, etc in the morning and left it on a chair outside our room.
We noted that the room looked fatigued and needed a bit of refreshing. Carpet appeared dirty. The room would also need painting. Bedcovers/ bedspreads very used and blah.

Overall, it was a good experience, we are a family of five and a dog. Staff was friendly and polite. Kitchen was clean and specious. If I have to share some observations: fix the bathroom’s door lock, the toilet door needs to be clean. We enjoyed our stay.
