Easy check-in, clean spacious room, and easy walking distance to the downtown area.

We stayed in the one bedroom room on the top floor which was nice to have a bit more space.
There are nice colourful paintings on the walls which were painted by the owner.
There were a lot of cats about, but we have a cat at home, so we are used to that.
Very close to the center of town, and across the road from a big shopping centre.
We used the laundry service which was very cheap, and borrowed the clothes rack to dry the clothes.
The place did have a pool and spa, but both out of action at this stage.
There are a few maintenance jobs which could be done, but clean enough other than that.
Staff were friendly and hard working.
Would recommend for the price.

Staff was very helpful and he upgraded us to a 1 bedroom unit. We were 3 pax. Comfy room, clean and well thought about all requirements for the stayers.
