Private hotel thermal pool and location was why we picked this hotel. Wasn’t disappointed in location, it was amazing, thermal pool could use a little updating but was still nice. Rooms were clean, only odd thing was bathroom widow didn’t have a curtain and opened onto hallway area so at night or when light on you could see outlines of us in there (frosted window) a curtain on here or similar would of been nice
The area itself smells due to the Sulfur but it does not smell at all once you are inside your room

Great location, free parking, lovely pool, nice warm room with comfortable beds and good facilities - microwave, crockery, tea& coffee and toiletries. We had a really good stay!

Good location, but a decade overdue for paint, new carpet, and general overhaul. Shower tray blocked, toilet seat will not stay up, chrome on taps is down to the brass, and the list goes on. Attached photo is of the kitchen corner, with previous leak not having been repainted. Pool was OK, but overall not worth the price (***) even if it is lower than others in the area.
